A one hour introductory class.

This FREE class will be either, one on one or in a small group to introduce you to the movements and terminology used in a CrossFit class. The On-Ramp class is for all people who are new to CrossFit, regardless of one’s previous athletic background. This session will provide you with the techniques and skills necessary for maintaining safety and bettering your results when you enter into our group classes. It’s tough enough changing your routine or admitting that you need help and we want you to know that we’re here for you.
